1vs.1 HOW TO TRAIN AND ITS IMPORTANCE IN ATTACK SYSTEM - pt.1

1vs.1 is one of the most important features for attack futsal developing, especially against close defense team.

In Asia, execpt in more developed futsal countries as Thailand, Iran and Japan, is very rare to find players with these features. The reasons are many, first are technical and tachtical...but also phisical, because due to the great speed of players is very difficult to leave the ball not pressed and this not give times to players to develop 1vs.1 abilities.

1 vs.1 and its different application and targets

- Defense without cover, 1vs.1 to pass opponent and arrive to finaliazation

- 1vs.1 to fix the defender and give times to the mates to occupies their most suitable position which in a rotation could be lost

- 1vs.1 to attract the cover and go to play on the other side, moving all the defense

- 1vs.1 to change the rythm of attack

- 1vs.1 as starting point of duality at last 10 meters to close the attack with a finishing

I used to train a lot in my team, with different kind of exercises and in real situation of games (game conditioned: not permitting defensive covers in last 12 meters).

Here´s a training proposal.
