Since May 2022 i accepted the proposal of Finnish Football Association for the position of head coach of futsal national team and technical director.

The majority of players in Finland arrive to Futsal at the age of 15, 16, 17 when they start to understand that for a reason or another they cannot become professional in football, but they still have high motivation and skills. 

I saw that in football there is a very clear path to develop football players, that Football Association shares with clubs to give guide lines, to help head of coaches and coaches in planning development targets for every group of age. this is called 'Valmennuslinja' Nothing of this exists for futsal, or better existed for futsal.

So together with my staff, decided to elaborate this with my staff and i share with you my fellow coaches
